2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in HR, administration, or executive support.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Overview :

Tattva Foundation is looking for a proactive and organized professional to join us as an People & Operations Associate. This multifaceted role combines human resource and operations responsibilities with key support functions for the CEO’s office. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and administrative skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a deep sense of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resource Management
1. Manage recruitment cycles: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding.
2. Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, confirmation, and other HR documents.
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and support payroll coordination.
4. Facilitate employee onboarding, engagement activities, and performance tracking.
5. Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance with HR regulations.

Executive Office Management
1. Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication follow-ups.
2. Ensure timely execution of tasks flowing from the CEO’s office across departments.
3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information.

Operations & Admin Support
1. Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
2. Manage vendor interactions, procurements, and office inventory.
3. Support logistics for internal meetings, field visits, trainings, and events.

Proposal & Contract Coordination
1. Support development of project proposals, bids, and documentation in coordination with program and finance teams.
2. Track submission deadlines, formats, and documentation requirements.
3. Maintain organized records of signed contracts, agreements, and vendor files.
4. Support compliance with contractual terms and coordinate renewals.
